Classification
Diagnosis
Cerioid. Calices shallow.Increase intracalicular without septal connections. Septa compact, covered with menianes. Meniane border thickened, directed upward. Columella styliform. Wall septothecal. Trabeculae subvertical, well delimited.
Description
Description of morphology and microstructure by Cuif 1967:905, based on specimens from the Volz collection GBA 4421-4423,4429, and Cuif collection (housed as above); illustrated in Cuif 1967,text-fig.2 and pl.33a,fig. 6-9. Further remarks in Cuif, 1975:97, pl.13,fig.1-6, text-fig.14.
Comparisons
From other cerioid genera with columella, the genus differs in having menianes.
Remarks
Only one species is known.
