Classification
Description
Very special growth form, general appearance submassive but shortly branched. Each branch is laterally covered by an epitheca s.l., the top of each branch is flat, lobate in outline and occupied by one to four corallites arranged in thamnasterioid structure. Non pennular fenestrate biseptal sheets. Septa subequal, anastomosed. Distal edge moniliform. Radial symmetry dominant. Parietal columella without relief. Numerous synapticules. Endotheca not observed.
