Diagnosis
Corallum colonial, low meandroid with intracalicular increase, distinct calices arranged in series. Upper surface convex to slightly concave, subcircular in plan view. Lower surface covered with holotheca and concentric rugae. Series are laterally separated by collines, occasionally divide into two near the periphery. Collines either radiating, meandroid or irregular. Septa, or in some cases, where stereozone develops along the collines, costo-septa are confluent within the series but limited by synapticulothecal wall at the apex of collines. Costo-septa thin to thick, occasionally anastomosing, subcompact with obtuse to angular and equidistant denticles at distal margins and granules of several shapes on lateral surfaces. Columella papillose to spongy. Endothecal elements consisting of vesicular dissepiments and synapticulae.
