Type species well described by Cairns (2000).

Classification

Diagnosis

Corallum reptoid, producing additional corallites extratentacularly by discrete stolons; corallites with polycyclic base; epithecate; axial edges of S1-2 smooth, those of S3-4 finely dentate; paliform lobes before penultimate cycle (P3)columella lamellar or papillose; endotheca absent.

Remarks

Known from only four species, none of them fossil (Cairns, 2000; Cairns and Zibrowius, 1997). Removed from the Rhizangiidae by Cairns and Zibrowius, 1997
