Type locality: Aptian of Italy.
Classification
Diagnosis
Colonial, cerioid. Gemmation generally extracalicinal. Corallite lumen is separated from the wall by a dissepimentarium. Septa compact, bilaterally arranged, thin in the lumen, becoming thicker in the peripheral region. Lonsdaleoid septa present. Columella absent. Endothecal dissepiments large, vesicular in the outer region of the corallite.
