Type Specimen: Syntype; ; Verified; Dry Preserved

Type Locality: Lower Hauterivian of France (Haute-Marne).

The type material of the type species is housed at MNHN (Paris) under 5293.

Synonyms

Diagnosis

Colonial, massive, thamnasterioid. Gemmation due to circumoral budding. Septa compact, confluent, granulated laterally. Columella absent. Endothecal dissepiments vesicular to subtabulate. No wall between the corallites.
