Classification
Diagnosis
Thamnasterioid, frondose; calices on one side of the branch; branches from monocalicular to composed of irregular series of corallites; septes-of valleys present; calicular pits empty; menianes long, oriented upwards; dissepiments small; wall epithecal.
Description
Described by Roniewicz 1989 based on the holotype of the type species (coll. number above)). Possibly, the same species was described by Zankl 1969: 32, text-fig. 24 under the name of Procyclolites sp.1.
Comparisons
From Alpinophyllia Roniewicz and Stuoresimorpha Roniewicz differs in thamnasterioid type of colony and thin septa with long menianes with margins directed upwards.
