Type Locality: Lower Hauterivian of France (Yonne).

The holotype of the type species is housed at MNHN (Paris) under M03720.

Classification

Diagnosis

Colonial, massive, meandroid. Gemmation intracalicinal-terminal, forming calicinal series separated by tectiform collines. Calices distinct. Septa subcompact, finely granulated laterally. Synapticulae numerous. Columella spongy-parietal. No wall between calicinal series. Endothecal dissepiments thin.
